The vision behind Rise to Wellness. Sora realized that ones way of living has a direct impact on ones mental health and is deeply tied to ones behavioral patterns, social skills, communication skills and life skills. With that, he set out to create a team to bring mental health education to schools and children all around the world. Along with that vision, Sora brings over a decade of accounting experience from Boston, Massachusetts to the organization.

Ribaha Sultan
Clinical Psychologist
Ribaha is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working as a therapist, child psychologist, and school counselor. She is an honored member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and her passion lies in child psychology, psychotherapy, and research, having successfully presented her paper at an international conference. Her skills encompass assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues, assisting people in dealing with problems ranging from short-term personal issues to severe, chronic conditions. Ribaha joined this organization with the vision of helping children develop healthy behavioral patterns as well as social, emotional, and communication skills that will lead them to live a happy and successful life.

Sunnia Khan
Behavioral Psychologist
Sunnia is a distinguished professional with a Master's in Behavioural Sciences, brings over eight years of expertise as a senior behavioral therapist in Pakistan. Specializing in ADHD, ADD, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental disorders, Sunnia is recognized for delivering tailored therapeutic interventions, encompassing individualized, family, and marriage counseling. With a proven track record as a supervisor, academic and program director in esteemed educational institutes in Pakistan, she has also earned certification as an Autism Specialist.
Sunnia's impactful work extends to transforming the lives of autistic individuals and their families, showcasing her commitment to making a visible and positive impact. Her proficiency includes the development of individualized educational plans for both typical and atypical children, reflecting her dedication to advancing education and fostering inclusive learning environments. As a seasoned professional, Sunnia stands as a valuable asset to any NGO project related to education in Pakistan, bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her work.

Farrukh Ijaz

Farrukh is a dedicated researcher with a rich background in psychology and wellness interventions. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, she brings extensive experience in both academic and practical settings. With over nine published papers and numerous submissions, her research is focused on mental health, psychosocial well-being, and evidence-based wellness practices. Her professional journey includes roles in academic teaching, research supervision, and practicing psychotherapy.
Additionally, she serves as a lecturer and online tutor, where she supports students in developing critical thinking skills and preparing for successful careers in psychology. Her multifaceted expertise and commitment to advancing psychological research and practice make her a valuable contributor to the field of mental health and wellness.
